The young boy hoping to compensate for his lack of proper training with his new sword, considers asking the once great Wizard Lord to join him on his quest for the dragon’s treasure. He visits the Wizard at his old Castle and asks if he will help him fight the Red Dragon implying they will both share the dragon’s treasure. The Wizard warns him that fighting the Dragon for the treasure will not be easy, and that neither of them may survive the encounter. Despite the warning, the boy insists on proceeding with his plan to fight the dragon. The wizard seeing the boy’s determination finally agrees to help him fight the dragon. A very physical, and magical battle for the dragon’s treasure ensues.
The Dragon Fighter’s battle with the Red Dragon has a few surprises, complete with some important moral lessons, that when combined with the memorable music, will entice the reader to enjoy it over, and over again.
